Terracapri was established in 2003 with an aim at developing real estate enterprises such as urban allotments, residential and comercial properties with high quality standards.
The name CAPRI was created from the union of the partners of the companies Sistema PRI and Construtora CAPITAL S/A.

We hold ISO 9001 as well as Level A PBQP-H, and value commitment and quality throughout the business cycle, whilst focusing on innovation, personalised service and integrated process management.
The name CAPRI was created from the union of the partners of the companies Sistema PRI Engenharia and Construtora CAPITAL S/A.
Sistema PRI was specialized in management and supervision of works and has been active in the market since 1982 in the most diverse areas of consulting engineering. In 2014, the company was sold to the Bureau Veritas group, a multinational founded in 1828 with operations in over 150 countries and with over 80,000 employees.
CAPITAL S/A, a genuinely Amazonian company, has been operating for over 45 years with a history of more than 23,000 units delivered.
